When will I get my Lyft gift e-card?
You will receive an email from CitizensBankLyftOffer@djagoda.com with your electronic Lyft gift e-card within 60 days of approving your Education Refinance Loan or opening a qualifying checking account. If you don’t receive it by that date, please confirm that you applied and approved your loan or opened your qualifying checking account between 12:00 AM Eastern Time on 5/28/2018 and 11:59 PM Eastern Time on 8/7/2018 and applied through the citybeats.citizensbank.com ‘APPLY NOW’ or ‘OPEN ACCOUNT’ links, then contact us by email at CitizensBankLyftOffer@djagoda.com
I have not received my Lyft gift e-card and it’s been 60 days since I opened my checking account/approved my Education Refinance Loan. What do I do?
If your Citizens Bank Education Refinance Loan has been disbursed, or your qualifying checking account has been opened, check for an email from CitizensBankLyftOffer@djagoda.com for your Lyft e-card. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you are unable to locate this email, please email CitizensBankLyftOffer@djagoda.com for more assistance.

How do I know if I’m a winner?
Potential winners for the sweepstakes will be contacted via email/phone and have two (2) business days to electronically sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) and assignment of rights.
